This page and the attached CR-914 Building page
received so many queries when they were inadvertently
removed from the Worth Site that I asked Greg Worth
(who no longer builds or sells CR's) if I could copy them

Easy to build, Fun to Sail, No better way to get started!

The CR-914 one design cup racer is one of the hottest class in the American Model Yachting Association. The main reasons for its popularity and growth as a class are simple. It's easy to build, the hull and deck are cast as one piece. The keel blade and lead bulb are pre - shaped. the rudder is pre - shaped with the shaft installed. It's a handsome display at home or at the office in either its cradle or hanging on the wall with its optional mahogany wall mount. At 6.5 lbs the boat has quick acceleration, it turns on a dime and points like a tour guide. It delivers excellent sailing performance in a wide range of sailing conditions.
