That photo isn't scewed, this boat is called a Footy and it's ...yup 12 inches long (305 Class?)

Here's an older Footy with Brett's "plug 'n' play" rig. The arms don't move, they just provide a way to plug in a rig without worrying about the sheets. Possibly Brett McCormack in New Zealand

This CR 914 is named Speedee, after the original mascot of McDonald's restaurants (that's his picture on the mainsail), before he was replaced by Ronald. Yes, that graphic on the hull is a string of Golden Arches.
